March has been and gone and so we roll into another new month filled with games to pass the days by. April looks set to bring some more big titles that fans are sure to be counting down the days to. So without further ado, let’s check out every game coming out this month.
Week One (April 1- April 9)
April starts off with a couple of titles sure to have fans of all platforms intrigued. The Assassin’s Creed Trilogy Pack makes its way to Vita, while Dirt Rally has both Xbox One and PS4 racing fans testing their driving skills against the clock in Codemasters’ latest simulation game.
However, most of the attention for April’s first week will be focused squarely on the long-awaited, Quantum Break. The action-adventure third-person shooter from Remedy Entertainment will put players in the role of Jack Joyce who, in the face of companies and institutions designed to simply survive, you choose to fight. Week two of April 2016 doesn’t intend to slow things down either, with a number of big titles releasing in order to tempt gamers to part with their cash. Dark Souls III kicks things off releasing on April 12 and giving fans another true test of their skills and patience. Ratchet and Clank, the game based on the movie, that’s based on the game, also releases the same day. Ratchet and Clank is a remake of the original game with some new little levels, weapons, and additions to make it feel similar to the movie.
Toward the end of the week is Bravely Second: End Layer on 3DS. Following on from the events of Bravely Default, players must survive foreboding dungeons and defeat enemies to rescue Agnès Oblige from the evil Kaiser Oblivion.

Week Three (April 17- April 23)
Week three continues to keep the releases coming with something for almost every platform, only the 3DS misses out here. The PS Vita finally gets Axiom Verge after a long wait, and first-person exploration game, P.O.L.L.E.N, offers early Oculus Rift adopters the opportunity to explore outer space.
The big releases for week three, however, come to Wii U with Star Fox Zero and Star Fox Guard both releasing on April 22. Guard will have you keeping an eye on a ton of different video screens as you mow down waves of attacking robots with turret-mounted cameras in this Star Fox-themed tower defense game. Star Fox Zero, however, will have you entering the cockpit of the Arwing once again for some classic Star Fox action.
